I want you girls to help me start and run utopia. There will be the four leaders A 25 year old cradle christia a 41 year old very intelligent and competitive career girl and rhino, built for pleasure I know exactly where I stand with her. I want a credit union registered in the Vatican State paying 20% of its profits to the Vatican. Savings will be held in gold with a 30 day transfer time into a local currency account. There will be a charge on current accounts but very good impartial financial advice and support. It will encourage people to be careful with their cash and spend responsibly within their means. They will help people in debt and give them support and hope for the future.

There will be a currency called the Shilling all coin. A 5 Shilling coin will have gold in it covered with resin as is the rest of the currency. It will go you up to a 100 Shilling coin, with 12 pennies in a Shilling and farthings. They will all have a colour picture of me on. Possibly nude in high value coins. The currency will bear my face for the rest of its existence.

Phoning up will be expensive but texting or emailing will be cheap and we will phone you back at a given time with some body to deal quickly and knowledgably about the enquiry. It will be 24/7 support on everything banking the lot.

We will compete on quality and service between 45% and 100% up the market leaving the lower 45% to others. We will be more expensive but worth it. We will distribute and deliver at night. The busiest times will be 6 to 8 in the morning and 7 to 9 at night. We will use a lot of 12 year old pluses to deliver a lot of products.

The Mentors will employ directors and employees to walk the floor in their empires starting with the cleaners, security guards and caretakers and gradually working up to the CO. They will have the power to deal with any problem right in its infancy and be a good ear for any new ideas or suggestions.

Giving staff 20% of profits for constructive input will save a lot of management expense. In a lot of businesses the workers can sort things out for themselves with little or no hindrance from management and accountants. We will get power and responsibility down as low as possible and wages and skills up.

Trading accounts and quality control will be inclusive good fun and instructive.

We will have our own university and education system largely achieved by interesting and enjoyable units of learning and expertise put on enjoyable videos. This will be constantly improved and refind to make them more instructive and enjoyable.

I do not want to drive a car on the road but a number of bikes and cycles. There is a tall blond mechanic I want to do demolition racing with as well as dirt biking. I want her to put the ford Coswoerther engine into the old v8 rover zap up the suspension and build them to order. It is the best engine of all time and is still in production. It came 1,2,3 in so many formula one races it is total unbelievable. I want her to convert the demolition cars as well.

I will be the owner getting 30% of profits. The three leaders will get 15% of profits. The rest of the directors will get 25% of profits. 20% to staff and 10% to good causes. I want most of my directors to be mentors to countries throughout the wold. The USA will have three 1 New Your 1 south and 1 north. I want all of these to be left handed dyslexics. They will be mentors to over 100 very important business. They will be responsible for sorting out director’s remuneration and contracts. Everybody will be on the same but very flexible employment contract. They could be multi-billionaires doing street hygiene work if they misbehave themselves. Or asked to assess a very expensive spar for 2 weeks. This will depend on the mentors. They will work 5 hours every 24, 7 days a week. We will celebrate and party 2 days before and on the full moon. We will slow the whole thing down for this. We will be well staffed at weekend’s particularity early in the month. Staffing will be flexible and vary with demand. We will have bank staff who will be higher out to businesses. Bank staff can work hours to suite themselves. There will mainly be guaranteed 35 hours work a week with holiday during January, February and March. I and the three leaders will be responsible for our directors and mentors. I want the managing director of Utopia By PJR Ltd to be the Afghan girl who go shot going to school and spoke up at the UN.

I will employ to start with on an initial assessment and evaluation period it will be at least 3 months and could easily be extended. I will think carefully and get to know people before I offer them a three month rolling contract. Everybody is dispensable except me. I will try to make myself dispensable reasonably quickly. The board will be no more than 24 with mainly left handed dyslectic mentors. The managing director, Secutary, Finance, Criminal and civil law directors will be right handed and capable of processing a lot of paperwork quickly. We will have a vast array of visiting experts they can comment on what we say and do. The three girls will be the mentors. I will be the owner and boss with ultimate control. I can worn and fire who I want on the board. The board can go against me. I will allow that. I am not always right and the board needs to learn for its mistakes as we all do.

This is one product. It is called a London Log only made within the M 25. It can be any mince mixed spiced and season with anything. Wrapped in silver foil frozen down to be cooked in an oven for 1 ½ hours on 200 degrees C. London can import meat turn it into London Logs and export at a high margin. The French and Europe will support us in stopping anybody eels producing London Logs. It will mean full employment in London and good export earnings for the UK. There will be a London Log association run by Utopia By PJR asking 2% of profits to promote, inspect and defend London Logs and keep the cowboys out.
